CANCINI is one of the fastest rising Mafia members in the United States today, allegedly becoming a underboss in his mid-twenties. CANCINI is considered a logical successor as boss of the CONSTANZO family.

He is a previously convicted for loan shark, murderer and drug dealing who's allegedly a HIGH-PROFILE* member of the CONSTANZO CREW in New York. CANCINI was allegedly choice to become boss, but SCHIPPA and GORELLO felt CONSTANZO's ego was too big to take a subservient role. SCHIPPA argued that BALDASSARE's boldness, intelligence, and charisma made him well-suited to be "a good boss" and he convinced CANCINI and others to give CONSTANZO a chance.
